Pet Nat Tea

Pét-Nat Teas are naturally sparkling compositions that adopt artisanal sparkling wine production techniques. Finely effervescent, with very low alcohol content, yet deep and expressive – beverages that gain character over time.

They are based on selected teas, herbs, and botanical elements, composed according to structure, texture, and origin. Prepared with pure spring water, leaf, blossom, and spice unfold without resistance – clear, precise, multifaceted.

The heart of this method is revealed in fermentation: a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts converts sugar into carbon dioxide and fine acidity, reducing sweetness and shaping complexity. Afterwards, the tea rests – often for months, sometimes years – in the bottle to develop depth, tension, and harmony.
