What exactly is happening in Austria's No/Low scene?

At our NO/LOW MADE IN AUSTRIA Tasting, we turn our attention to a young beverage landscape that has developed remarkably in recent years. More and more producers are experimenting with new ingredients, production methods, and original beverage concepts.

Together we will taste selected No/Low specialties from Austria, get to know the people and ideas behind them, and discover how differently they approach the development of their beverages. From innovative wine proxies and complex fermentations to finely composed cuvées.

An insight into the Austrian No/Low scene, its diversity, its development, and the people who are shaping it.

Welcome apéro and introductions until approx. 19:45

Tasting from 19:45 to 21:15
Tasting of 6 drinks from the no/low categories, with food pairing suggestions and detailed background information about the products and producers.
