ALP JUS - DANDELION & GRAPE
For me, one of the biggest and most delightful surprises from Austria. Unfermented fruit-based beverages naturally have a somewhat higher sugar content, but I consider them incredibly valuable for food pairing – I've always been a big fan of sweet wines too. But please use them sparingly: with cheese, with dessert, or even with very spicy or hot dishes. In this case, especially with aged hard cheese, because the Dandelion & Grape tastes like saffron juice, viscous and mouth-filling, highly aromatic.
