We show the differences between Sparkling Tea and Proxy, talk about the interplay of acidity and sweetness, explain production methods, style and suitable moments – and give a comprehensive insight into what makes these drinks so special.

TASTING PROCEDURE

Starts at 7:00 PM

Welcome drinks and introductions until approximately 7:15 pm

Tasting from 7:15 pm to 8:45 pm
Tasting of 6 drinks from the no/low categories, plus food pairing suggestions and detailed background information on the products and producers.

Closing from 8:15 PM to 9:15 PM
